INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup bleu crumbles
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives
In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes and bleu crumbles with the vegetable oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Top the salad with the chives and serve.
